Celebrate a country wedding at The Homeplace. 1850s weddings were important social events in farming communities, most were simple affairs with the announcement of the wedding spread by word of mouth. The wedding party donned their best clothing and the bride wore her Sunday best or a new white wedding dress. Be a part of this joyous day and witness the exchanging of vows between the bride and groom. After the ceremony, enjoy traditional refreshments and wedding games to see who will be the next bride!
